Feedback on Te Ara Huarau

As part of our test, evaluate and learn approach for the Te Ara Huarau we have gathered feedback from some schools working with the approach, Evaluation partners, sector groups and from an independent external evaluator.

We continue to welcome feedback as this contributes to the ongoing development of Te Ara Huarau.

Independent External Evaluation

ERO commissioned an independent external evaluator to help guide the development of Te Ara Huarau. The findings from Dr Delwyn Goodrick’s evaluation provided feedback at key phases in the initial stages of the development and implementation process.

Some of this evaluation was undertaken prior to this approach receiving its name, Te Ara Huarau. As a result of this you may find that this approach referred to using phrases like New Schools operating model, or new review and evaluation approach.
