ERO is looking for someone with initiative and drive who will provide executive support services to the Chief Executive.

The role of the Executive Assistant (EA) is to provide professional and responsive advisory and administrative support to the Chief Executive. In addition, the EA will provide advisory and administrative services for the Executive Leadership Team meetings and work programme.


The successful candidate will have:

  • Expert skills in executive assistance and office administration, including diary management
  • Proven experience in building effective relationships at all levels and in influencing without authority
  • Experience in coordinating internal and external meetings and events
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in providing support to an executive board or team, including minutes and follow up of papers, and setting agendas
  • An interest in, and capability to, provide advisory services, such as research, report drafting, initiating correspondence.
